Delivery and Returns


Shipping 

All your orders are shipped from our warehouses within 24-48 working hours of ordering (on Public Holidays and during sale time there might be a slight delay in the shipment). 

Our shipping policy entails free shipping for orders exceeding Rs.500, applicable to both cash on delivery (COD) and prepaid transactions. However, for COD orders below Rs.500, a shipping charge of Rs.80 is levied, while prepaid orders below Rs.500 incur a shipping fee of Rs.50

For international orders, your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.

Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.

These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Rawls Essentials is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.


Returns & Refunds Policy 

At Rawls Wellness Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. While we take meticulous care in packing and shipping your order.

Return Process:

To initiate a request, kindly contact us via email at support@rawls.in or Call/WhatsApp us at +91 8168258727. Our dedicated team will respond to your query within 24-48 working hours and guide you through the return process.

Please note the following guidelines for returns. 

  • Unboxing Video: For cases of wrong or missing orders is necessary, providing an unboxing video is mandatory. 

  • Sale products will be non returnable.                                                                   
  • Damages Post-Delivery: Rawls Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages incurred to the product post-delivery.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, in the event of damaged products, we provide the following options:

  • Sending a replacement product, OR
  • Issuing a credit note for future purchases.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

  • Prepaid Orders: A credit note will be issued within 7-10 business days of cancellation. 
  • Shipped Orders: Cancellation requests are not accepted once the order has been dispatched. Our orders are typically shipped within 24-48 working hours.
